Terms & Conditions for Wedding Packages•All flowers for the Bridal Party are based on Ivory Rose only designs. The package price also includes bead work and ribboning in a colour of your choice. If your chosen floral designs costs more than the prices allocated within the package - the difference will need to be paid as extra.•Quantities of whats included is listed as they may vary in the different packages.•Table Arrangements and top table arrangements can be of your design. We can discuss at a consultation what designs would be available for the price allocated within the package. If your chosen floral designs costs more than the prices allocated within the package - the difference will need to be paid as extra. • The sashes on the chair covers and table runners will be a colour of your choice. We have over 30 colours available for you to choose from. The sashes included in the packages are for organza, although these can be upgraded to taffeta for an extra charge. • Choose your table number stands from what is available. • Balloons will be plain 18’ foil filled with helium. You can choose the colours, arrangement of colours and shape of your balloons. (Hearts, Round or Stars) • The candle cups are glass and the tea lights will be white. • The chair covers, sashes, table runners, table number stands and candle cups will be available for hire use only. Any mirrors or glassware used as part of table decorations are hired only. They are not for keeps. • A non-refundable deposit will be required for confirmation of your booking. This will be deducted from the your chosen package price. • A refundable deposit will be required when booking. This is given back to you after the event on the safe return of all hired items. Any items lost or returned damaged, will have the cost equivalent deducted from this deposit before it is returned to you. • For Weddings/Civil Ceremony’s that are not local may required a delivery charge to cover for traveling.
